PENAMAS is an Indonesian Journal on Religion and Society Research. This journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Office of Religious Research and Development, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Jakarta, the Republic of Indonesia. The journal publishes research articles focussing on religious and social issues. From 2018 onward, the journal publishes twice a year. PENAMAS aims to provide information on religious and social issues through the publication of research-based articles and critical analysis articles. We publish original research papers and book reviews on the subject. All papers are peer-reviewed with a double-blind review by at least two reviewers. The Scopes of PENAMAS Journal are religious studies, religious life, religious harmony, religious services, religious education, religious literature and heritage, and religious manuscript studies.

In Volume 35, Issue 1 (January-June), and Issue 2 (July-December) 2022, the PENAMAS Journal raised the *theme of Religious Moderation*. Religious moderation is a middle ground through religious perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to increase solidarity and mutual respect among religious believers.

In this regard, we invite you to send your manuscript to the editorial board of the PENAMAS Journal on the *theme of Religious Moderation based on the sub-themes*:
